Newsletters and Email Addresses
Any personal information given will be held in order to send Newsletter emails about my art or exhibition events, or reply to your enquiries. The personal data held in the website’s computer will only contain your name and email address. If you choose to subscribe to my Newsletter emails then you will be asked to confirm your subscription before the first Newsletter is sent. Your name and email address can be deleted by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link, or updated using the ‘Manage your preferences’, in any Newsletter email sent to you.
Embedded content from other websites
Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. The information collected in connection with your use of the service will be used for improving reCAPTCHA and for general security purposes. Your personal data (i.e. name and email address) will be retained until deleted by yourself via the ‘Unsubscribe’, or ‘Manage your preferences’ facilities, or removed by Paul Hollingsworth.

If you have previously subscribed to an email Newsletter, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data held about you. You can also request that the personal data is erased. This does not include any data I am obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
